Looking Forward
The Wolstein Center is an approximately 13,000-seat arena, home to the Cleveland State Vikings men’s and women’s basketball teams. The university is exploring long-term options for the arena, which was built in 1991. CAA ICON was engaged to perform an arena assessment, as well as a long-term capital needs assessment, with the overarching goal of investigating a number of options that would improve the existing facility and/or create new opportunities for the university.
