CAA ICON Strategic Advisory has been a consultant for the State of Georgia/Georgia World Congress Center Authority for numerous projects. CAA ICON was retained by the GWCCA to evaluate various stadium options related to the proposed Atlanta Falcons new stadium (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), including market feasibility, financial feasibility, and cash flow development. In addition to the Falcons, the needs of tenants such as SEC Football Championship, Chick-fil-A Bowl, Atlanta Football Classic, Georgia State University Football, and other events such as NCAA Final Fours and NFL Super Bowls were considered throughout our evaluation. CAA ICON also provided advisory services related to naming rights and lease terms for the GWCCA.
