Leading the Way
CAA ICON has been at the forefront of soccer specific venues for MLS teams. The Chicago Fire opened their new home in 2006 and SeatGeek Stadium (formerly Toyota Park) became the model for the professional soccer venues that followed. The stadium, located on a 60-acre site a short distance from Midway Airport, has anchored a redevelopment zone that includes restaurants, theaters, retailers, and a hotel.
