As demonstrated in cities around the world, soccer can truly galvanize a community. That was the intention behind bringing Austin its first professional sports team, Austin FC, and redeveloping an underutilized site into a state-of-the-art soccer stadium. The new stadium provides unparalleled benefits to the community and creates a world class match-day experience in fast-developing northwest Austin.
Q2 Stadium is the catalyst that converted McKalla Place, a former industrial site, into a thriving community space for sports, parks, performances, and events that celebrate the city’s heritage and culture.
CAA ICON represented Two Oak Ventures since the inception of this project. In the beginning stages, CAA ICON provided Strategic Advisory and Feasibility and Planning services, followed by Project Management services for the development of the stadium.
