World-Class Transformation
Old Palm Golf Club is an elite, private residential golf community that includes a 7,000+ yard golf course, on-site residences, and an expansive clubhouse. Renovations included converting the existing fitness center into a new casual dining bistro and outdoor pool bar, modifications to the men’s and women’s lounge, and expanding the bar areas and dining room. CAA ICON also managed the addition of a new 20,000 sf health and wellness center, as well as the golf course renovation and irrigation replacement.
