L.A. Convention Center New Hall

CAA ICON served as Owner’s Representative for the LACC New Hall during the pre-development phase, as the design was being contemplated as part of the Farmers Field project. Located adjacent to L.A. LIVE, the $2.5 billion sports and entertainment district in downtown L.A, the 600,000 sf new component of the convention center project would replace the current West Hall with a modern facility connected to the existing South Hall. Plans included demolishing the West Hall and replacing it with the $314 million facility spanning over Pico Boulevard and connecting the convention center with the $1 billion Farmers Field project.
