Live from L.A.

CAA ICON served as the Owner’s Representative for AEG in their effort to build a NFL stadium and event center in Downtown Los Angeles. Farmers Field was designed to have permanent seating for 72,000 for NFL games and would allow for expandable seating to 76,250 for hosting marquee events such as Super Bowls and World Cup Soccer final matches. Plans included 1,700,000 sf with a retractable roof and flexible event space. Our team led the successful Feasibility and Environmental Impact Review process for the project and provided project management services for the initial design process. In March 2015, AEG ended its effort to bring the project to fruition in Los Angeles.
