Downtown Improvements

CAA ICON managed the design and construction of a 125,000 sf mixed-use complex constructed congruently with Rogers Place, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment venue in downtown Edmonton. The one-of-a-kind building features Grand Villa Edmonton Casino on the second floor offering world-class gaming, dining, and live entertainment, and is also home to Oilers Entertainment Group (OEG) and the Katz Group. The companies occupy over 70,000 sf on the third and fourth levels with a separate entrance at street level.
