In 2022, Inter Milan was considering team and stadium development options. The ownership group hired CAA ICON for various engagements including assistance with debt refinancing, a potential stadium renovation, and the potential development of a new arena.

Results
Inter Milan ultimately decided not to renovate San Siro or build a new arena adjacent to the stadium. They are currently collaborating with AC Milan on the development of a new stadium where both teams would play their home matches.
