Overview
In early 2023, as their lease was set to expire in July, the Oklahoma City Thunder were considering options for the future home of the team. CAA ICON was engaged to perform a number of feasibility and planning tasks to assist the Thunder as they began this process.

Results
In December 2023, Oklahoma City voters approved the largely publicly funded arena project. CAA ICON helped develop a program for the arena that will provide the best experience and amenities for both the team and fans. Our team also helped the Thunder understand and negotiate lease terms for the new arena. Continental Coliseum is currently under construction and will be completed prior to the 2028-2029 NBA season. CAA ICON is also serving as Owner's Representative, overseeing the development of the arena.
