The Washington Commanders are building a world-class, roofed stadium to serve as the new home for the NFL team and a year-round destination for sports and entertainment events. The new stadium will integrate sustainable design practices and reimagine the fan experience through immersive spaces.
Located on the former RFK Stadium site, the project will transform the 180-acre campus into a mixed-use development with parks, recreation, and new public spaces.
District PM Alliance
CAA ICON is partnering with Brailsford & Dunlavey and McKissack & McKissack to operate as a unified project management team known as the District PM Alliance. The team will oversee the consultants, decisions, and processes required to advance the project through development, design, and construction on behalf of the Commanders.
