Overview
In 2022, AC Milan engaged CAA ICON to study the market and financial feasibility of developing a new stadium in Milan. The team currently shares San Siro with Inter Milan. AC Milan ownership was considering moving into a stadium where they would be the sole tenant.

Results
Due partially to CAA ICON's assistance in studying the market and financial feaibility of a stand-alone stadium, AC Milan ultimately decided not to pursue their own stadium project. Instead, the club reached an agreement to jointly purchase the historic San Siro district with Inter Milan and build a new stadium adjacent to the current San Siro.
