The Broncos announced this morning plans for a new $175M HQ and training facility project on the site of their current Centura Health Training Center campus in Englewood, Colo. The privately financed effort will retain the Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse indoor practice field, which was built in 2014, as well as two outdoor practice fields, but will replace the team HQ, originally built in 1990, with a three-story, 205,000-square foot training facility and team HQ connected to the Bowlen Fieldhouse and add a third outdoor practice field.

CAA ICON is overseeing the project, which will break ground in 2024 with expected completion before the 2026 NFL season. The facility is being designed by HOK and Rockwell Group; the team issued an RFP today for a contractor, with Mortenson, PCL Construction, Turner, and several other firms likely recipients of the bid request.
