Overview
In July 2023, CAA ICON was engaged by Como 1907 Football Club to participate in a tender to perform a feasibility study to assist Como 1907 in developing and refining a strategy to renovate their existing stadium and develop the surrounding area.

Results
Como 1907's Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is undergoing a €70 million redevelopment to expand its capacity to between 15,000 and 20,000 seats. The design and approval process concludes in mid-2026, with major construction taking place in phases between October 2027 and August 2028.
