CAA ICON has been engaged by the Portland Timbers to provide a valuation of the team. The primary focus of the engagement is to estimate the year-over-year value of the MLS team.
Valuations can be used for a variety of reaons such as a benchmark for sales and acquisitions, debt refinancing, collateral for venue loans, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements or local media rights, among others.
