Overview
AC Milan and Inter Milan both currently play at San Siro. The clubs have explored various stadium options including renovating San Siro for both teams or building a new stadium where both teams would continue to be tenants. CAA ICON was engaged to help the clubs understand the market and financial feasibility of both a renovated and new stadium.

Results
AC Milan and Inter Milan are set to build a new 71,500-seat stadium on the site of the existing San Siro parking area. The clubs finalized the purchase of the stadium and surrounding area, with construction expected to begin in 2027 and the new stadium opening in time for the Euro 2032 tournament.
